Daniel Gallatin brings a unique background in the real estate and insurance industries to his practice of law. Mr. Gallatin was a key participant in two of the largest multi-state settlements in the country related to alleged illegal lending practices and now uses that experience to assist individuals and businesses resolve and prevent problems. Mr. Gallatin has prepared and presented materials approved by the Minnesota Board for Continuing Legal Education and Minnesota Department of Commerce for continuing education credits. The topics covered by Mr. Gallatin in his courses include the Minnesota Mortgage Originator and Servicer Licensing Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Truth-In-Lending Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, and Housing Discrimination Act.

Additionally, Mr. Gallatin is a presenter and contributing author to continuing legal education materials on allocation of risk in commercial general liability policies, the Minnesota Motor Vehicle Insurance Manual, and no-fault issues.
